One World Trade Center
One World Trade Center commonly referred to as The Freedom Tower, is 1,776 feet tall, and is currently the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere.
Security concerns have been raised recently due to some security lapses in which some daredevils were able to climb to the top of the skyscraper.
One was a 16 year old teen from New Jersey who was able to climb to the top and take pictures for almost 2 hours. The other recent incident were 4 men who parachuted from the tallest skyscraper all the while video taping the stunt.
A three-level observation deck called One World Observatory is schedule to open to the public in 2015. It is located on the 102nd floor and is sure to offer some magnificent eagle’s-nest view.
Below are some of my recent photographs of the New York City skyline, showcasing One World Trade Center as seen from across the Hudson River in New Jersey.
