Last night was unlike anything I’ve experienced while photographing New York City.
The crowds were enormous, and the security throughout Lower Manhattan was unlike anything I had ever seen. Streets and walkways were carefully controlled as thousands gathered to remember and witness the Tribute in Light marking the 25th anniversary of September 11.
