I wanted to share the information on my blog, since after my February blog post titled In a New York State of Mind and the announcement of the HDR Contest winners, I have received a number of emails from people asking how they can shoot at the Grand Central . Grand Central Terminal is one of the places in New York City that allows photography along with a tripod as long as you apply permit request.
Other venues in New York City have stricter requirements and do charge a pretty decent fee in order to allow you to shoot in. Not to mention the million dollar insurance policy rider that they require aside from the steep fees.
