There are some moments you simply have to plan for—and wait for. On this evening, the Sturgeon Moon rose dramatically behind the historic Pagoda in Reading, Pennsylvania, creating a striking meeting of architecture and sky.

The enormous golden moon seemed to hover behind the Pagoda, its warm glow complementing the red illumination of the five-story Japanese-inspired landmark. Capturing the moon at this scale required precise positioning and timing, making the final image especially rewarding.

A little planning, a little patience, and a spectacular Sturgeon Moon came together to create a magical Pennsylvania night. 🌕✨
